Operator notice

DeclassifyAI is a platform solely owned and operated by Enterprise Technology Group, LLC. All rights reserved. All editorial presentation, site design, software, curated organization, summaries, analysis, social media posts, and other original content produced for DeclassifyAI are unique works of Enterprise Technology Group, LLC or its licensors. Underlying source materials are drawn from verifiable U.S. government public records (including official .gov releases) and may be cross-referenced with other reputable .gov sources and established media outlets to improve accuracy and provide the fullest understanding possible for each article and social media post.

Ownership and Operator

DeclassifyAI is a digital platform solely owned and operated by Enterprise Technology Group, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the United States. All rights in and to the DeclassifyAI name, branding, website, software, databases, editorial works, and proprietary presentation are reserved by Enterprise Technology Group, LLC unless expressly stated otherwise.

Nothing on the Services grants you any ownership interest in DeclassifyAI, its trademarks, trade dress, technology, or original content. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, mirroring, or commercial exploitation of the Services or their content may violate intellectual property laws and these legal terms.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DeclassifyAI website, mobile experiences, APIs made available to the public, email programs, social media accounts, advertising landing pages, and any related digital properties operated by Enterprise Technology Group, LLC (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Legal Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

If you interact with DeclassifyAI through third-party platforms — including social media posts, advertisements, landing pages, lead forms, embedded widgets, or partner referral links — your use of the Services after arriving from those channels is also subject to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

DeclassifyAI is not directed to children and is intended for mature adults only.

3. Mature Audience and Sensitive Content Warning

DeclassifyAI publishes material related to declassified government records, military incidents, intelligence activities, aviation anomalies, witness accounts, and other subjects that may include graphic descriptions, violence, death, psychological distress, national security themes, or other content that some viewers may find disturbing, unsettling, or emotionally challenging.

The Services are intended exclusively for mature adults. DeclassifyAI is not a children's website and is not directed to minors. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you voluntarily choose to access potentially sensitive archival and analytical content.

If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for supervising minors under your care and preventing their access to the Services. Enterprise Technology Group, LLC disclaims responsibility for unauthorized access by minors.

4. Description of the Services

DeclassifyAI provides an investigative archive and analysis platform focused on officially released declassified government documents and verifiable public records. The Services may include search, categorization, summaries, AI-assisted analysis, newsletters, alerts, social media distribution, and links to original government source material.

DeclassifyAI is solely owned and operated by Enterprise Technology Group, LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any U.S. or foreign government agency unless expressly stated in writing.

  • Summaries and analysis are assistive tools and are not substitutes for original source documents.
  • Placeholder or preview content may appear during development and is labeled accordingly.
  • Future features may be offered on a subscription or account basis under separate terms.

5. Source Materials, Original Content, and Cross-Referencing

DeclassifyAI presents original editorial content — including article narratives, summaries, categorization, headlines, social media copy, and analytical framing — created by or on behalf of Enterprise Technology Group, LLC. That presentation is distinct from the underlying source records themselves.

We prioritize officially released U.S. government documents and other verifiable public records hosted on or published through authoritative .gov domains and comparable official channels. Where appropriate, we cross-reference those records with additional .gov releases, agency publications, court filings, congressional materials, and reporting from established media outlets to contextualize events, corroborate facts, and reduce ambiguity.

Cross-referencing is an editorial process intended to improve clarity and completeness. It does not guarantee that every interpretation is unanimous, current, or free from error. When sources conflict, we may note uncertainty or present competing accounts. Users must review linked primary sources and exercise independent judgment.

  • Government source documents remain authoritative on their originating agency or archive websites.
  • Media references are cited for context and corroboration — not as substitutes for primary records.
  • Redactions, OCR errors, missing pages, and classification markings in source PDFs may limit what can be verified.
  • Social media posts are abbreviated summaries and may not include every caveat present in a full article.

6. Social Media, Advertising, and Marketing Content

Enterprise Technology Group, LLC may publish content on social media platforms, run paid and organic advertising campaigns, operate landing pages, and collect information through lead forms or promotional experiences.

Marketing content is provided for general informational purposes. It may highlight features, categories, or examples that are illustrative and may not reflect real-time availability of every document or analysis.

When you click an advertisement, social post, or promotional link and arrive on our website, you are leaving the third-party platform's terms and policies and entering the Services governed by these Terms.

  • Promotional claims will not guarantee specific findings, outcomes, or access to classified material.
  • Any testimonials, examples, or screenshots in ads or social posts are representative unless explicitly labeled as real case results.
  • Lead forms require accurate information and your consent to be contacted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Social posts are abbreviated summaries and must be read alongside full articles and primary sources.

7. Accounts, Subscriptions, and Communications

Certain features may require an account, paid subscription, or verified email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Email subscriptions, including newsletters and topic alerts, require confirmation where double opt-in is implemented. You may unsubscribe using the link provided in each message or through account settings when available.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or non-public areas of the Services.
  • Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data in violation of robots.txt, rate limits, or applicable law.
  • Reverse engineering, interfering with, or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services.
  • Uploading malware, submitting false information, or impersonating any person or entity.
  • Using the Services for unlawful surveillance, harassment, discrimination, or infringement of others' rights.
  • Misrepresenting AI-generated summaries, social posts, or DeclassifyAI editorial content as official government statements or authenticated records.
  • Permitting minors to access the Services or exposing minors to mature archival content obtained through your account.

9. Intellectual Property — All Rights Reserved

The Services, including site design, branding, software, curated organization, original editorial content, social media copy, and proprietary presentation created by Enterprise Technology Group, LLC, are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights reserved. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from Enterprise Technology Group, LLC.

Government source documents linked from the Services remain subject to their originating agencies' terms and public-domain or usage rules. You are responsible for compliance when reusing official source material.

Media references and third-party materials cited for cross-reference are owned by their respective publishers and are not transferred to you through use of the Services.

10. AI-Assisted Content Disclaimer

Some content may be generated or assisted by automated systems. AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. OCR, formatting, and summarization errors can occur.

You must review the linked official source document before relying on any summary, citation, classification, or interpretation presented on the Services.

Enterprise Technology Group, LLC does not warrant that automated or human-reviewed content is free from error, bias, or omission.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may link to third-party websites, government portals, news outlets, social platforms, payment processors, or analytics providers. DeclassifyAI does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

Your use of third-party platforms is governed by those platforms' terms and privacy policies.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

Enterprise Technology Group, LLC does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information will meet your research, legal, journalistic, or compliance requirements. Nothing on the Services constitutes professional advice of any kind.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENTERPRISE TECHNOLOGY GROUP, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, INCLUDING CLAIMS RELATED TO EXPOSURE TO SENSITIVE OR DISTURBING CONTENT.

IN NO EVENT WILL ENTERPRISE TECHNOLOGY GROUP, LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Enterprise Technology Group, LLC FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Enterprise Technology Group, LLC from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your misrepresentation of DeclassifyAI content, or your violation of any rights of another party.

15. Changes to the Services and Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

Except where prohibited, you agree that disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
