NASA Partial UAP Release Under FOIA Tracking 22-HQ-F-00140

NASA Headquarters issued its final response to Freedom of Information Act tracking number 22-HQ-F-00140 on February 23, 2022, closing out a request John Greenewald of The Black Vault had submitted on December 7, 2021. The request sought emails sent to or from, copied or blind-copied to, Senior Advisor to the NASA Administrator Randy Cruz containing any of a set of keywords: Unidentified Aerial, Unidentified Flying, "UAP," UFO,Unidentified Spacecraft, Unidentified aircraft, orUAPTF, covering a window from August 1, 2018 to July 31, 2021. According to the response letter, NASA searched its Offices of Information Technology and Administration using those same terms and identified responsive records.
