Declassified USCENTCOM MISREP Records 2022 UAP Observation

A May 2022 East target area during Operation INHERENT RESOLVE — and records what they saw there. The document, designated DOW-UAP-D109 and catalogued as a Mission Report, Middle East, 2022, is a MISREP: the standard after-action accounting an aircrew files for a sortie. Its narrative states that at 0524Z the crew observed probable UAPs traveling southwest at roughly 80-180 MPH.

The observation section adds the detail that matters. From 0524Z to 0704Z, the asset scanned various points of interest and periodically observed UAPs flying sporadically within the target area and in the northeast portion of a redacted area. The report puts the objects at approximately 1-2 meters in size, states that altitude could not be determined, and notes that the sensor reacquired the UAPs after returning to the original POI locations.
